A site-specific audit, design and consulting service that reduces wildfire risk, and aligns landscapes with evolving insurability standards.

  • We visit your property and document the the existing conditions.

    We will provide a report, similar to a home inspection report. The report will list the recommendations to harden your home from a wildfire.

    The Report will also discuss potential insurability, or premium reduction. Assessment of site conditions relative to common underwriting requirements, and loss prevention standards.

  • As Landscape Architects, we will provide detailed plans/documents to address implimentation costs, and specifications to the contractors. The plans will consist of:

    • Areas of pruning, and thinning out fuel

    • Alternative non-combustible building and landscape materials

    • Landscaped buffer zones

    • Fire-adapted planting design

    • Supplemental water supply and suppression systems

    • Backup power supply

    • Emergency entries and exits

    • Cost Analysis

  • Procurement of all the people involved to harden your home. All contractors to be licensed and insured.

    Project manage as the work being performed.

    Ensure the project's budget is on track.

    Additional Services: Periodic visits to ensure the property maintains its fire risk reduction design.
